Currently, commercial tea service falls into two categories










PRECISION-FOCUSED “TEAPRESSO” MACHINES
Alters tea flavor and disrupts the ritual of traditional steeping.



Based on interview with barista at ChiCha San Chen. TRADITIONAL PERSONAL SERVING POTS
Places responsibility of steeping on the customer, resulting in inconsistent quality.
